Jarrah Honey is sustainably sourced from the tall forests of the Darling Range in Western Australia. The Karragullen Forests of the Darling Range are in the ancient country of the Whadjuk Noongar people. The Whadjuk Noongar people have been the Traditional Owners and custodians of this land in the south-west of Western Australia for over 45,000 years.
Because of its high antimicrobial properties and beneficial antioxidants, this extraordinary Jarrah Honey has a Total Activity rating of 50+, achieving medical status due to the natural enzymes in the honey.
Research into Jarrah Honey has found the activity rating was approximately 90% greater than the average activity of Manuka Honey*.
