The softest tulle gathered into a circle with a glittery Star in the centre .. please note this wand is two-sided so it has the same detail including star front and back ... it is simply gorgeous.

Made from soft gathered tulle and 2 beautiful sparkling stars on a smooth long stick. Well made and quite sturdy. ( made to grant lots of wishes !!)
